Alison Wait Biography

Alison Wait project consisting of Filippo (guitars, keyboards, bass, pc, samples, field recordings and vocals) and Alessandro (guitars, keyboards, bass and vocals) was formed back in December 2006. Inspired by Le Masque, Colloquio, 80's new wave, Swans, Seigmen, Kent, Bel Canto, Italian songwriters (Luigi Tenco, Fabrizio De Andrè, Paolo Conte, Bruno Lauzi) some ambient-industrial projects (Thomas Köner, Inade, Job Karma, R-A-A-N) and the poems and novels of Cesare Pavese, Alison Wait is specially focused on melancholy, memories and the past. The first album "Dove Esistono Solo i Ricordi (out in June 2010) will be produced by Radiotarab Records and Eibon Records.
